Security, permissioning, and dedicated environments are scoped contracts.
Enterprise is not fixed self-serve pricing. We scope data volume, dedicated clusters, security review, custom connectors, VPC/on-prem needs, SSO/SCIM, audit retention, SLA, and dedicated support together.

Which currency and payment provider do you use?
Korean customers see KRW pricing and pay through Toss Payments. Customers outside Korea see USD pricing and pay through Polar. The plan structure stays the same: Sandbox, Starter, Business, and Enterprise.
What is an AX credit?
It is a buyer-friendly unit for the work Schift performs: search, workflow steps, tool calls, and LLM routing. 1 AX credit is anchored at ₩10, or 150 credits per $1, and managed memory/platform fees are included in the debit rate.
Can Sandbox run real company operations?
No. Sandbox is for developers, demos, and pre-PoC evaluation. Production SaaS sync, permission sync, bulk indexing, SLA, and custom support start with Starter or above.
How do Starter and Pilot relate?
The website shows Starter as a $990/month plan for customers outside Korea. In sales, the same entry point can be packaged as a 6-week Managed Pilot for $6.7K. If the customer converts to Business Annual, the Pilot fee is credited in full.
Why is Business the core plan?
Manufacturers and franchise HQs need connected data, permissions, retrieval, workflow, and governance in production. That value is managed platform pricing, not seat-only SaaS pricing.
Why is Enterprise custom?
Data scale, dedicated environments, security review, custom connectors, SSO/SCIM, audit retention, SLA, and dedicated support vary by customer.
